All-On-4® Procedure
We’ll start by talking through your sedation options, so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. On surgery day, we’ll place the titanium implant posts by making small openings in the gums and securing the posts into the jawbone, then close the area with stitches to support healing.
Over the next 3–6 months, the implants bond with the surrounding bone, creating a strong, stable foundation. Once healing is complete, we’ll take impressions and create your custom denture. If your denture is removable, we’ll show you exactly how to take it in and out and how to care for it day to day.
